The Workshop will focus on the positive side of stress. The Program is based on scientific research and will enable students to acquire knowledge and practice how to befriend and to cope with stress.
During class participants will be learning by listening, talking and practicing.
Program contains:
Trainer’s Bio: Mateusz Banaszkiewicz, M.A.
Graduate of the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw (specialization: Clinical Psychology, Psychology of Management and Organization) and the help and Psychological Education Center - INTRA. Ph.D. candidate at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. He has experience in conducting workshops for physicians in the skills of communication and coping with stress. He delivers wellness programs for organizations focused on health, embracing stress, willpower etc. He is responsible for evaluation of psychosocial state and psychological support for patients that experienced an accidents. He consults and delivers psychological support for LOT Polish Airlines personnel after aviation events.
