Over the last 2 decades, Continuous Improvement has evolved from teaching tools like Lean and Six Sigma to creating a culture in which improving is part of everyone´s job. In this course, we will discuss the evolution of CI over time, and how you can help create such a culture in any company that you will join in the future. We will touch on PPP (Purpose Process People), and discuss about the element of a Principles based CI program rather than purely tool based. This will enable you to apply to any function in any company you will ever join in the future.
