Presenters:

Hello! I'm Melike Goncuoglu. I am an Intern at Schneider Electric HR digital Services department. By being a part of Schneider Electric's Digital team, I contribute to initiatives that will support employees to be healthy, happy and to use their energy in the best way in their work and home lives by being part of the Wellbeing team. I am also a member of the Sustainability Strategy Poland project team, which was created together to increase the positive sustainability impact of our Company. Besides my internship, I am a final year undergraduate student in Psychology at the Warsaw campus of SWPS University. I am writing my thesis on diversity in organizations and its effects on decision making.

  

Sevval Savas:

Originally from Antalya, Turkey. Currently located in Warsaw, Poland, BA in Psychology. Started internship in HR digital services in January 2020, became a Full-time HR digital services specialist in August 2021.

Subject Matter Expert for global HR recruitment tools in Europe.
