The WUT Careers Service and Devbridge invite you to Open Door Day at Devbridge/Cognizant Softvision: "How to lead a successful project in IT consulting company?"
The purpose of this event is to give students an opportunity to gain some hands-on experience on leading IT projects. As a consulting company, with many years of experience working with biggest clients from Fortune 500 list, we will share with students our know-how on creating projects from scratch, planning, implementing agile for project management and gathering feedback from clients. Students will have a chance to see and experience what it takes to lead a successful IT project.
We will also introduce students to Sourcery Academy – our free to attend, 12-week boot camp for aspiring, future developers.
Top graduates will be offered a chance to join to company as Junior Software Engineers.

Who will be leading the event:
Jean-Paul Delimat - Lead of Engineering Unit
Jean-Paul earned his Master’s Degree in Electronics and Computer Science from ENSERG in Grenoble, France. He has over a decade of experience in tech and successfully managed nearly three dozen developers throughout a 200,000 hour client facing projects.
Oleksandr Verdiyev - Junior Software Engineer
Oleksandr earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing from Kozminski University. He graduated from 1st edition of Sourcery Academy in Poland and was offered a Junior Software Engineer role at Devbridge. Before joining our company, he worked in financial auditing for the Big Four as well as in a large FMCG company. As a Junior Software Engineer, his ability to understand details and look for efficiency is his major strength.
Tomasz Jastrzębski – Senior Software Engineer
Tomasz earned his Master’s of Science in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology. He has over a decade of professional experience in the IT sector, working for Bluest, Connectis, and Proama before joining Devbridge. Most of his work has focused on Java and its related technologies.
Marcin Czarnak – Software Engineer and Team Lead
Marcin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Teleinformatics from Warsaw University of Technology. Since launching his career, much of his work has been with Java 8 and Java EE while working on a big project. Marcin has also served as a mentor for colleagues. As a Software Engineer and Team lead, he is glad to be part of a team that enjoys working together.
