The WUT Careers Service and TRIOL POLAND invite you to Open Day at the Triol factory.

Program:
1. Introduction: who we are, what products we design and produce, our production opportunities, our plans for the development of the Company.
2. Safety briefing.
3. Presentation of opportunities for internships, traineeships and employment. Answers to questions.
4. Excursion to the R&D department. Presentation of the Company's technical projects and ways of professional improvement and career building for engineers.
5. Excursion to production, familiarization with the production cycle, technologies, equipment.
6. Filling out questionnaires, presenting gifts.

Who we invite to participate

Students of faculties and specialties: Faculty of Electrical Engineering, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Institute of Electrical Power Engineering, majoring in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Electrical Power Engineering. Graduates and students at the lower 3rd year.

WHEN: 24/05/204 (Friday), Open Day lasts from 10:00 to 13:00 at. The bus will leave the university at 9:00 a.m., returning at 2:00-2:30 p.m.

WHERE: Triol Poland factory (Ostrówek Węgrowski, ul. Fabryczna 59) / The company provides a bus leaving from the WUT campus

Qualified persons will receive information about the location of the meeting point from PW by e-mail.

Important when participating in the Open Day: qualified persons are asked to wear closed-toe shoes (fully covering the foot) on the day of the event.

The meeting will be led by:

Ivan Ovcharenko - Deputy Technical Director in the field of R&D, managing 5 technical groups. He has 8 years of work experience in the company. He has built his career in the company from design engineer to Deputy Technical Director.

Olena Ivanova - Head of HR Department, certified coach, trainer. She has been working in the company for 22 years. She has built her career from a specialist in layout of technical documentation to the head of the department.

Tetiana Sverdlenko - Leading HR Manager, certified trainer, organizational psychologist. She has been working in the Company for 18 years. She has built her career in the Company from a design engineer to a leading HR manager.

Jakub Zyśk - design engineer, more than 5 years of work experience, in Triol-Poland - 1 year, 1 month. Graduated from Politechnika Warszawska, specialization: Techniki Wytwarzania. Designs and manufactures the most demanded by customers product - control units for oil production AK06 series.

Triol-Poland sp.z o.o. has been manufacturing power electronics equipment for over 30 years - frequency drives, frequency drives with artificial lift for oil production, etc. We are a full-cycle company and we carry out our own development, production, sales and service of the produced equipment. Our customers are all over the world: Mexico, Colombia, Japan, China, India, Saudi Arabia, USA, Canada and many others.
The company's plant in Poland (Ostrowek Węgrowski, Mazowieckie Voivodeship) was opened in 2022, in 2 years we have employed more than 400 employees and we are still recruiting.
We are interested in hiring technical specialists - electronic engineers, automation engineers, design engineers. As an employer, we are ready to organize internships for students and employ them after graduation.
