As a participant in the Graduate Programme, you will undergo a comprehensive training curriculum that combines hands-on experience with specialized workshops. You will be exposed to various departments and projects, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of Allianz’ operations and strategic goals in Central Europe. Throughout the programme you will work closely with seasoned professionals and receive mentorship from trusted colleagues.

Potential Rotations:
Rotations are a central element of the Allianz Graduate Pro-gram. Together with your supervisor, you will plan individually in which areas you want to gain experience – both within Allianz Poland or in one of the companies in our Allianz Central Europe region.
