Entry Requirements - Important Info
1. Be on time. Unfortunately, attendees who arrive later than 09:50 AM will not be allowed to join.
2. Bring your ID card or passport – it will be required at the reception desk due to the building’s security policy.
Only participants who completed the registration form with their full name will be allowed in.
3. At the reception, you will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), in which you confirm your commitment to keep confidential any sensitive information you may hear, see, or otherwise come across during the visit — even if this happens accidentally. This is a standard procedure, as we test products that have not yet been released to the public, and data security is our top priority.
4. Due to building security rules, you will be required to leave your phone and any data storage devices (e.g. USB drives, electronics) at the front desk.
You’ll receive a numbered tag to collect your belongings when you leave.
5. Dress code: We’re a gaming company - so even though we work in a corporate setting, feel free to dress casually. We do too! All styles are welcome, as long as they’re not overly extreme.
Registration until October 21 at 12:00 via the Career Center only for logged in students and graduates of the Warsaw University of Technology.
Students qualified to participate in the Open Day will receive confirmation of their registration and all organizational information by e-mail.
