HUAWEI Student Developers (HSD)

HUAWEI Student Developers (HSD) is a global program for college and university students who share a passion for pioneering technologies. All undergraduate and postgraduate students with interest in growing as developers are welcome to apply. HSD offers students an opportunity to expand their scope of knowledge in a dynamic peer-to-peer learning environment through enriching training courses and activities.

We support student developers in organizing an online and offline events: tech talks, workshops, code labs, start-up Hackathon, contests, etc. There are 80+ student ambassadors across European countries, organized 150+ events, having 700+ core members in the team.

 

What does HSD Ambassador do?

•Start the HSD community with university students.

•Host events/workshops: Learn about developer products and platforms and gain professional skills.

•Networking: Meet developers and industry influencers.

•Organize HSD activities regularly (e.g. bi-monthly or quarterly). Provide event reports.

 

Benefits for Ambassadors:

•Professional growth through community management and technical knowledge.

•Access to a global network of student leaders, professional community organizers and industry experts for mentorship and knowledge sharing.

•Coaching in tech career and contests. Help building CV/Portfolio.

•HSD Ambassador Certificate.

 

Beyond these, Huawei will provide technical support online and offline, event gifts for winners, opportunities for internship positions, etc.
