ADAMED Management Trainee Programme
Scope of Responsibilities:
Adamed Management Trainee is a managerial program offering outstanding development opportunities.
During the first 18 months, you will work in one of 12 teams: Strategic Marketing, Logistics/Supply Chain, Integrated Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, External Communication, Data Analytics & AI, Controlling, Information Security, Employer Branding, Internationalization and Organizational Development in International Markets, New Drug Discovery, Project Management.
The program includes rotation between two areas with similar profiles to strengthen your interdisciplinary experience and broaden your overall understanding of the company.
You will gain hands-on experience in production and sales to better understand the company’s profile and effectively manage processes after completing the program.
Throughout the program, you will be supported by an experienced mentor who is a member of the Management Team. You will regularly discuss your progress and any challenges you encounter.
After 18 months, you will be prepared to take on the role of a Project or Team Leader.

Requirements:
Higher education degree: graduating from a foreign university will be a strong asset.
We are looking for recent graduates and accept applications from candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.
Fluent English (minimum C1 level) is required; knowledge of other foreign languages (such as Spanish, Russian, Italian) will be an advantage.
Full-time availability for the next 18 months and beyond, after the program ends.
