Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) invites you – Career Information Session Wednesday 9 November from 2-3pm

The OECD, an international organisation based in Paris, France helps its 35 Member Countries and others tackle policy challenges to help improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world. We work with governments to understand what drives economic, social and environmental change. We also look at issues that directly affect everyone’s daily life, like how much people pay in taxes and social security, and how much leisure time they can take. We compare how different countries’ school systems are readying their young people for modern life, and how different countries’ pension systems will look after their citizens in old age.

Join this session to learn more about working at the OECD, the Young Professionals Programme (MA/PhD), the new entry-level Young Associate Programme (YAP), recruitment procedures, and career progression opportunities. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and, time permitting, the chance to meet with OECD officials afterwards.
