The WUT Careers Service and Wiley Edge invite you to interactive webinar "Working in an international English-speaking company".

Looking to work in an International English-Speaking Company?

On the 16th of February Wiley Edge will provide an information session on their company, job opportunities and requirements.

Experienced hiring managers will be on hand to provide top tips on resumes, cover letter and all things LinkedIn.

During the webinar we will present:

  • Who we are and what do we do?
  • Recruitment process – step by step
  • What a recruiter looks for at application
  • Preparing for online assessments - examples
  • Preparing for an interview
  • Client/hiring manager interviews
  • Geo-flexibility and relocation internationally, support

Target audience: Students and graduates of Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, Finance, Banking, Computer Science, and IT.

When: 16.02.2023 (Thursday) / 15:00 (3 pm) -16:00 (4 pm) / webinar in English

Presenters: 

  • Jade Padley

I’m the talent partnerships lead in Europe. I dedicate most of my time speaking to candidates, improving our pipeline of graduates, building partnerships and arranging events. I live in the north east of the England however, travel regularly to Europe for leisure and work. I have over 4 years’ experience working within graduate recruitment in both Wiley Edge and a Telecommunications company.

  • Paulina Bochentyn

I’m the talent lead recruiter for Poland and Hungary. I dedicate my time to source talent and maintain business relationships with Universities and senior stakeholders. Moved back to Poland 2 years ago after spending more than 10 years living in the UK where I worked for NatWest Bank as personal advisor and then branch Deputy. I have gained a lot of practical and theoretical knowledge in my experience within the financial services and can now pass that knowledge to candidates and advise on how to best prepare for an interview for a financial institution. I’m a certified Chartered Banker and perusing a degree in HR management.

It starts with 3-12 weeks of paid training at our Academy. Then you’ll join one of our clients for 12-24 months (we work with investment banks and other big companies in industries from healthcare to aviation to insurance).
